Red Devil Pizza

A Red Devil is garlic bread with a chilli tomato sauce topping spread on top and baked as normal. For the garlic butter I've used 100g of butter and 3 cloves of garlic. Soften the butter in a bowl over some hot water and mix in finely chopped garlic. Whisk until smooth and creamy. If you're using un-salted butter you may want to add a little salt to taste.

Red Devil - Ingredients

Follow the standard recipe for a pizza base using strong bread flour, a packet of dried yeast, 1tsp salt and 150 ml of warm water. You can read the instructions here.

Make up tomato base, adding some extra chilli and garlic. You can find the recipe here too.

For the garlic butter melt 100g of butter and mix in 2 or 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic.

Spread the garlic butter on the rolled out dough, followed by the tomato chilli sauce mixture.

Bake as normal for 10mins at 220'c or gas mark 7 until done.
